Interest
I'm very interested in photography. I always take pictures for my family and friends. I feel blissful looking at these photographs even when I'm not inside them and this was one of the points that drove me to aspire to become a photographer.
To pursue my dream, I decided to study to get a degree in Photography and Digital Imaging in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. I also learn about different kinds of photography skills and practise them in my own time outside of school. To me, photography is a way of feeling, touching and loving. What you have captured on film lasts forever; it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everthing.
Besides photography, I'm also interested in travelling. I love to travel as it makes me feel free and gives me a period of time to escape reality. Among all the beautiful countries I have visited, I like Canada the most. Among all those beautiful countries, I like Canada the most. There are so many amazing natural resources and scenic wonders in Canada, such as the beautiful Niagara Falls as well as the great mountains and different climates. It's easy to just get away from the noise of the cities and be completely surround by the serenity of nature.
Hobby
One of my hobbies is reading, which I indulged in since I was a little girl. I read story books, magazines, newspapers and any kind of materials that I find interesting. I enjoy reading because I like to explore imaginative worlds that cannot be visited in the real world. My favourite novel is "Percy Jackson & the Olympians", which was written by Rick Riordan. I fell in love with the series as I am a big fan of greek mythology.
Reading can make me feel relaxed and calm. I can also expand my vocabulary which further improves my English. I also gain inspiration from these books for me to imagine my own imaginative world in the future which I plan on penning down and maybe even publish as books in the future. Additionally, I can learn about the different cultures and traditions of other countries in the world which is always an interesting experience. Therefore, I wish I could read a large diversity of books, challenging or not, to further improve on my language skills and learn more about the world, no matter if is the fictional world or the non-fictional world.
